Avenyx provides general market-state intelligence only. Avenyx publishes a governed market-state reading for long-term Bitcoin investors. It is a publication, not a service that acts on your behalf.
Avenyx does not recommend any allocation, reallocation, holding period, position size, or transaction timing.
A market-state reading may describe a Bitcoin Environment, governed Posture, Risk Today, and Data Quality. It is not a trading signal, a prediction of future prices, or a recommendation to take any specific action. Markets involve risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
By accessing Avenyx, including the public site and any pilot dashboard, you agree to use it for informational purposes only and to make your own independent decisions.
Avenyx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the pilot, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenyx and its operators are not liable for any decision made, or loss incurred, in connection with use of the publication. Access may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time during the pilot.
Avenyx aims to collect as little personal information as possible during the pilot.
Information is used only to operate the pilot, communicate about access, and improve how Avenyx explains its readings. It is not sold. The access form is provided through a third-party form tool; information submitted there is handled according to that tool's own processing.
The pilot dashboard may store a local confirmation on your own device (so the entry notice does not repeat) — this stays in your browser and is not a tracking profile.
